I’ve had an accident….. What now?!

Call us or your insurer if your car is drivable. Call a tow truck if you don’t think your car is safe to drive.
We will inspect your car and take images of the damage, then compile an estimate to repair. This will be sent you for private work, or your insurer if you are making an insurance claim.
Once your insurance company has assessed your vehicle and authorized repairs, or you’ve approved your private estimate, we’ll arrange the parts and time required, and send you a repair date, and estimated time to repair via text message. If this suits – just reply “yes” and we’ll send you a reminder the business day before repairs are due.

How do I get around while my car is being fixed?

If you have hire car on your policy – let your insurer know you need a hire car while yours is being fixed. They will confirm repair dates with us, and provide a hire car to you for those dates.
If you don’t have hire car, we do have courtesy cars, which are available by appointment only, they do book out fast, so mention that you need one when you have your estimate prepared if you need one, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
